According to the Fast Food Maven Blog at the Orange County Register the Washington City, Utah In-N-Out Burger is now open.
It's about 362 miles up there. That's a long day of driving (there and back) but it's doable.
Anyone?

just add it to the list of places to stop on your way to Montana. Or on our way down...
