Isn't that what got us into this mess?
Yes.
I am for economic stimulus but I am not for the bank/wall street bailout.Let them bear the consequences of their actions.
The bigger issue is that our whole economy seems built on borrowed money. It seems that few economists see this as THE problem. People/business/government are over-leveraged and in many cases are actually bankrupt.
